2025 Week 9 To-Do
This will likely be the last snowmelt picture I show you but I figured I should include it to illustrate what I’m telling you. Click that link below to see the difference.
The snow is melting much faster than I expected a week ago.
This week we had three days that passed 50 degrees, and then on the third of those days it also rained.
That’s a recipe for some accelerated snow melt.
So I’m feeling less good about my April snow on the ground prediction BUT this does not just apply to my driveway.
A lot of places have huge snow piles from plowed-out parking lots and the like.
That counts in this imaginary game of mine - it’s snow anywhere in the area.
On to the week ahead:
This Week’s To-Do
It’s another week Kathy is traveling for work so A Lot Of Driving. Pickups and drop-offs, school and dance.
Maybe you saw it yesterday but I now have a Part-Time Job which will demand a lot of my time. So we’ll see how other things develop around that.
I guess part of the repercussions there is I will Write A Lot On Monday. I don’t go in to work on Monday, so I’ll take advantage of that time for my other work. It’s not impossible to get it all done on one day…I just used to spread it out through the week. Monday in particular was an ‘ease back into the week’ day. We’ll see how it all unfolds.
This Week’s May-Do
Daredevil starts this week. I think it starts with 2 episodes. I need to figure out when I’m going to Watch That Show. It might be a little too intense for ‘before bed’ viewing.
Let’s look back at how I did last week - click here for more details if you’d like:
Last Week’s To-Do List
I think the eye doctor went fine. I might have to switch to an opthamalogist from my optometrist. I’m not sure. Maybe I’ll talk to someone about that. I did also drive around the area a bit. You can take a look at the monthly check-in for more on the book.
The in-person meeting was the interview for the aforementioned part-time job. It went well.
March menu is ready to go!
Last Week’s May-Do List
I did not order MLB.TV yet, but that will happen soon. Luckily I have a new part-time job to defray the cost.
